    International Orders

    We regret that due to the high incidence of credit card fraud we have found it necessary to implement fraud prevention guidelines. Extra time will be taken for international order validation. To avoid delay, international customers are preferred to pay via Paypal with a paypal confirmed address. Please understand that we must impose this restriction because of the very real problem of identity theft and fraudulent credit card purchases.

    Order by Mail (Check or Money Order)

    COOLBEE does accept check or money order as a form of payment. You will need to provide the correct information in your mailing with regards to the items you would like to purchase. Please contact us prior to sending us the information to determine proper shipping costs to your location. We shall deliver the order once received the payment.

    COOLBEE can only ship to Paypal-confirmed address. All orders with unconfirmed address will be cancelled and refunded. We encourage all our users to file the shipping address with Paypal before making payment. We are sorry about the inconvenience but we strongly believe that this policy will protect our customers from identity thieves.     Shipping Methods

    At COOLBEE, our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most economical way possible. We review each order individually, factoring in destination, weight and size of terms. Exact shipping charges to your ZIP code are automatically calculated during checkout. Items ordered together may not ship together. All shipping charges include order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items. COOLBEE offers the following shipping methods:

  • Next Day Air - Delivery within 1 business day.
  • 2nd Day Air - Delivery within 2 business days.
  • Standard - Delivery within 3-5 business days.
  • We deliver via all major carriers depend on their availability. APO/FPO and PO Box orders are welcome! Delivery will take approximately 2 Days to 6 weeks. Due to military APO/FPO box size, 19" and larger monitors cannot be shipped via this method.

    ** Please note that items our Free Shipping service will take 7 to 14 business days. This service only offer to customer within 48 continental states.

    Most orders are fulfilled in 1-2 business days. (Monday - Friday, no Holidays). Free shipping orders may take extra 1-2 days.

    Adult Signature Required

    All order over $40.00 may be shipped from our warehouses as "Signature Required" by the receiver.

    Additional Information Regarding Shipping

    We will ship your order from any one of our distribution centers in various areas. To provide the most efficient service, orders sometimes are shipped directly out from the manufacturers. The method by which your package shipped is to your advantage and was specifically designed in such way that you will be able to get the product effectively in term of time. We promise you to deliver your order in the fastest way possible. How your package arrive to you will never impact the amount you were originally charged for shipping.

    Pricing

    Item prices and availability information are subject to change without notice. We strive to keep stock and shipping information as accurate as possible. However, there are certain circumstances which are out of our control. For instance, if there is a limited supply of a product available, other customers may have purchased all our available stock during the time you first saw the item listed and actual time of order confirmation - creating a condition in which the item has become unavailable once again. We will ship the order as soon as the stock is replenished - unless you decided to cancel your order prior to shipment. Please send us email at sales@coolbee.com to cancel your order.     Return Policy

  • All merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be returned within 30 days from the original invoice date for a refund. A return authorization number is required for all returns. These terms apply to all refunds. Most products are shipped with a refund/replacement guarantee period unless otherwise noted in the product listing. Customers must inform COOLBEE of any order discrepancy within 7 days from the invoice date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.
  • All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee in any return.
  • All items returned or exchanged must be in a "like new" condition with original box, packaging material, contents, manuals, unfilled documentation and accessories. Missing or damaged items are subject to a special handling charge.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable under any circumstances.
  • We must be notified within 7 days of receipt of any item that is missing or physically damaged in your shipment,
  • We are not responsible for any Customs fees or charges.
  • Return freight and return customs charges are also no refundable.
  • All return items MUST be brand new and factory sealed. All booklet and accessories must also be included
  • All returned item for refund are subjects to a 25% restocking charge. This policy will be waived ONLY when the phone is defected.; Tri-band problem or "Cancel Order" will NOT be accepted as an excuse.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges
  • Customers must contact COOLBEE to receive the Return Merchandise Authorization RMA Number. Any item sent without an RMA number might be reject by COOLBEE. Customers assume all responsibility for the package until arrived our facility.
  • COOLBEE will not be responsible for returned package if lost during the shipment.
  • All shipping fee are NON-REFUNDABLE.
